I now moved the devm_regulator_get() function into
mx25_gcq_setup_cfgs(). After all configs are setup and parsed we know
if the regulator is necessary. So it is still optional and only required
and checked if REFP_EXT is used in the devicetree.

I now moved the devm_regulator_get() function into
mx25_gcq_setup_cfgs(). After all configs are setup and parsed we know
if the regulator is necessary. So it is still optional and only required
and checked if REFP_EXT is used in the devicetree.
