I am making this contacts with you based on information i have through my personal research.
I believe you can be of help to us in our bid to transfer funds outside Madrid to any account that you are sure of.
We are members of a special committee for Budget and Planing of an oil company in Madrid/Spain. Our committee is principally concerned with approval of contract and other capital project of the company .
With our position, we have successfully secured for ourselves a certain amount to be transfer out of Spain and this amount was accumulated through undeclared windfall from petroleum sales.
