Subject: [PATCH] mm: Move get_vaddr_frames() behind a config option

get_vaddr_frames() is used by relatively rare drivers so hide it and the
related functions behind a config option that is selected only by
drivers that need the infrastructure.

Subject: [PATCH] mm: Move get_vaddr_frames() behind a config option

get_vaddr_frames() is used by relatively rare drivers so hide it and the
related functions behind a config option that is selected only by
drivers that need the infrastructure.
