Hi Greg,

could you cherry-pick the upstream commit

e7fdd52779a6c2b49d457f452296a77c8cffef6a
ALSA: hda - Implement loopback control switch for Realtek and other codecs

for 4.1 and later stable kernels? It turned out that the recent
stable commit for Gigabyte mobo causes a regression on other models
with the same PCI SSID, and this commit gives an alternative fix.

This should be applicable to 4.1+ kernels cleanly.

thanks,

Takashi

Now applied to 4.3 and 4.4-stable trees, thanks. Sasha is handling
4.1.stable now.
