* [PATCH v1] Signed-off-by: Karmarkar Suyash <skarmarkar@sonusnet.com> For Recurring/Periodic timers , if the lag gets introduced and it was keeping the lag consistently. Corrected the behavior so that it will correct itself even if it lags.
