(H) mean highorder atomic reserved which was introduced since v4.4 and some
patches to use up that reserved memory went to linux-next recently via mmotm
tree.
It doesn't land to 4.9 so it might help to test recent linux-next tree.
It should include [1].

[1] 04c8716f7b00, mm: try to exhaust highatomic reserve before the OOM

(H) mean highorder atomic reserved which was introduced since v4.4 and some
patches to use up that reserved memory went to linux-next recently via mmotm
tree.
It doesn't land to 4.9 so it might help to test recent linux-next tree.
It should include [1].
