This header comment is not a changelog.  There is no need for everyone
who makes a change to adopt copyright.  Removing !DT support is a big
change regards to line diff, but it's not a re-write.

This header comment is not a changelog.  There is no need for everyone
who makes a change to adopt copyright.  Removing !DT support is a big
