Allwinner H5 is a SoC that features a CCU like H3, but with MMC phase
clocks removed (for new MMC controller) and a new bus gate/reset
imported.

Add support for it.

Allwinner H5 is a SoC that features a CCU like H3, but with MMC phase
clocks removed (for new MMC controller) and a new bus gate/reset
imported.

Add support for it.
