Several C projects have moved from autotools to meson. I was wondering
if anyone have managed to run smatch with meson?

Normally you just swap GCC for the cgcc wrapper script. The build
system shouldn't make a difference. Maybe give me a project that you
care about which has transitioned to meson and I'll take a look at that
one?
