i.MX defconfig update for 5.2:
 - Enable PCF857X GPIO expander and SIOX bus driver support for
   imx_v6_v7_defconfig.
 - Enable more drivers for i.MX8 platform support in arm64 defconfig:
   SNVS RTC, SCU Watchdog, SPI, i.MX8MM pinctrl and clock, LPI2C,
   ROHM_BD718XX PMIC and OCOTP NVMEM.
