The patch brings support of several BLAKE2 variants (2b with various
digest lengths). The in-tree user will be btrfs (for checksumming),
we're going to use the BLAKE2b-256 variant.

The code is reference implementation taken from the official sources and
modified only in terms of kernel coding style (whitespace, comments,
uintXX_t -> uXX types, removed unused prototypes and #ifdefs, removed
testing code, changed secure_zero_memory -> memzero_explicit, used own
helpers for unaligned reads/writes and rotations).

V2:

File changes:

- delete blake2s_generic.c
- blake2.h:
  * removed anything blake2s related
  * renamed to blake2b.h and moved to linux.git/include/crypto/
- blake-impl.h: removed

Code changes:
- use get_unaligned/put_unaligned helpers instead of blake's load/store
- use ror64 instead of blake's rotr64
- move blake2_init_param to blake2b.c and remove blake2b_param from .h
- reformat algo specifications to avoid nested structures, whitespace updates
- definitions of BLAKE2B_*_DIGEST_SIZE moved to .h

Hi David,

I have a couple more comments - apologies for not spotting these the
first time around.

Please use BUILD_BUG_ON(<condition>) to do compile time sanity checks.
(You'll have to move it into a C function though)

This should be static, and given that it is not used anywhere, you
should either remove it or wire it up.

Given that blake2 can be used as a keyed hash as well as an unkeyed
hash, I propose that you implement the setkey() hook, and add
CRYPTO_ALG_OPTIONAL_KEY to the cra_flags to convey that setkey() is
optional.
