When we have non-identity Guest-Host PASID mapping, Subset ID is
the Guest PASID but in more general terms. Or call it "Set Private ID"

This can be confusing, perhaps I rephrase it as:
"XArray to store ioasid_set private ID to system-wide IOASID mapping"
