The patch titled
Subject: mm: switch the test_vmalloc module to use __vmalloc_node
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     mm-switch-the-test_vmalloc-module-to-use-__vmalloc_node.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

From: Christoph Hellwig <hch@lst.de>
Subject: mm: switch the test_vmalloc module to use __vmalloc_node

No need to export the very low-level __vmalloc_node_range when the test
module can use a slightly higher level variant.
