The patch titled
Subject: include/linux/huge_mm.h: remove mincore_huge_pmd declaration
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-cleanup-mincore_huge_pmd.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
