Convert X86 to the generic kmap atomic implementation and make the
iomap_atomic() naming convention consistent while at it.

iomap_atomic() naming convention consistent while at it.

Convert X86 to the generic kmap atomic implementation and make the
iomap_atomic() naming convention consistent while at it.
