Extend the memory pool allocated for the hypervisor to include enough
pages to map all of memory at page granularity for the host stage 2.
While at it, also reserve some memory for device mappings.

pages to map all of memory at page granularity for the host stage 2.
While at it, also reserve some memory for device mappings.
