The patch titled
Subject: mm/ioremap: rename ioremap_*_range to vmap_*_range
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
mm-ioremap-rename-ioremap__range-to-vmap__range.patch
This patch should soon appear at
https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-ioremap-rename-ioremap__range-to-vmap__range.patch
and later at
