Use DEVICE_ATTR_<RO|WO> helper instead of plain DEVICE_ATTR,
which makes the code a bit shorter and easier to read.

clockevents: Use DEVICE_ATTR_[RO|WO] macros

Use the DEVICE_ATTR_[RO|WO] helpers instead of plain DEVICE_ATTR, which
