The issues mentioned in 'commit 4e80946197a8
("ath11k: add qcn9074 pci device support") are fixed in firmware.
This patch enables QCN9074 device.

Tested-on: QCN9074 hw1.0 PCI WLAN.HK.2.4.0.1-01838-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1
