The patch titled
Subject: mm/mempolicy: use vma_lookup() in __access_remote_vm()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-mempolicy-use-vma_lookup-in-__access_remote_vm.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/mempolicy: use vma_lookup() in __access_remote_vm()
vma_lookup() finds the vma of a specific address with a cleaner interface
and is more readable.
