* [SPDK] vhost do not claim the bdev, this is different from nvmf. What's meaning of this difference?

I can create multi vhost targets from one bdev,. But for nvmf target,  one bdev only can be added to one nvmf subsystem. Why SPDK allow creating multi vhost targets from one bdev?
