nr_vcpus looks like useful library internal information, since the only
other way to get the number is to iterate the vcpu list. I'm not sure
if we need this vm_get_nr_vcpus() accessor for tests yet though. Maybe
it'll be more clear to me when I see how it's used.

nr_vcpus looks like useful library internal information, since the only
other way to get the number is to iterate the vcpu list. I'm not sure
if we need this vm_get_nr_vcpus() accessor for tests yet though. Maybe
it'll be more clear to me when I see how it's used.
