Hmm, when we want avoid indirection I guess it makes sense to use inline
wrappers in tcg-module.h

How about the patch below? (proof-of-concept for tlb_flush, on top of
this series)?

Hmm, when we want avoid indirection I guess it makes sense to use inline
wrappers in tcg-module.h

How about the patch below? (proof-of-concept for tlb_flush, on top of
this series)?
