* [PATCH v2 2/2] phy: qcom: Introduce new eDP PHY driver

Many recent Qualcomm platforms comes with native DP and eDP support.
This consists of a controller in the MDSS and a QMP-like PHY.

While similar to the well known QMP block, the eDP PHY only has TX lanes
and the programming sequences are slightly different. Rather than
continuing the trend of parameterize the QMP driver to pieces, this
introduces the support as a new driver.

The registration of link and pixel clocks are borrowed from the QMP
driver. The non-DP link frequencies are omitted for now.

The eDP PHY is very similar to the dedicated (non-USB) DP PHY, but only
the prior is supported for now.

Changes since v1:
- Fixed copy paste issue in register defines, causing a off-by-4 on the AUX
  registers
- Cleaned out unused registers
- Sorted Kconfig and Makefile
- Using devm_of_clk_add_hw_provider()

We discussed about moving the DP pieces to some common helper, to be shared
with the main QMP driver, but I haven't yet figured out a good structure for
this.

Given that such refactoring would be a really good idea in itself, perhaps as
we make the DP driver orientation and mux aware, I was hoping we could take the
duplication in this driver for now and then circle back and clean the two
drivers up together.

- Using devm_of_clk_add_hw_provider()

Should we check here that the rate passed actually matches the link
rate set via dp_opts?

You might want to use of_clk_hw_onecell_get() instead of the special function.

Should we mention that it's a eDP QMP PHY driver in contrast to the
old eDP from 8x74/8x84?

Also MODULE_AUTHOR seems to be missing.

I reviewed the all the registers and concluded that the QSERDES is V4,
so I included phy-qcom-qmp.h and used the SERDES_V4 defines instead.

The registers found in the PHY and LANE_TX blocks are specific to this
PHY, so I'm keeping these here.
