Use try_cmpxchg64 instead of cmpxchg64 (*ptr, old, new) != old
in pi_try_set_control. cmpxchg returns success in ZF flag, so this
change saves a compare after cmpxchg (and related move instruction
in front of cmpxchg):

As stated in the patch submission, this patch needs locking
infrastructure patches that are currently in the tip git, so there is
a small patch ordering issue between tip and KVM trees.
