* [PATCH] conf: remove a copy of default configuration template

I'm not sure what was the original reason to move the template
from meta into meta-poky, but as the template is now expected to be
in conf/templates/default, let's clean this up at the same time.

It defaults to DISTRO = "poky" which you can't do in OE-Core. The two
are subtly different.
