Hi Thomas,

Here's a small crop of simple fixes for 6.0, two of them mopping up
the merge of the Loongarch drivers. The rest is a fix for an ITS splat,
and another one to keep the 0-day robot happy.

I expect this is the last set of fixes before 6.1 opens (fingers crossed).

- A fix to avoid dynamic allocation of a cpumask which was causing issues
  with PREEMPT_RT and the GICv3 ITS
