The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-demotion-add-support-for-explicit-memory-tiers-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-demotion-add-support-for-explicit-memory-tiers-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-demotion-add-support-for-explicit-memory-tiers.patch
