xmon has special support for PPC403 and PPC405 which were part
of 40x platforms.

40x platforms are gone, remove support of PPC403 and PPC405 in xmon.

xmon has special support for PPC403 and PPC405 which were part
of 40x platforms.

40x platforms are gone, remove support of PPC403 and PPC405 in xmon.
