Oops yes, I've now split that into a io_prep_fsync() and io_fsync()
part so that it works correctly with this new method. Also added a
liburing test for this.

Oops yes, I've now split that into a io_prep_fsync() and io_fsync()
part so that it works correctly with this new method. Also added a
liburing test for this.
