oh ya, you can run it that way, I use dosbox too.  From the project docs, 
it explains that it uses bochs with dosemu to run your games, it's a lot 
slower than just having dosemu though.  I was able to make use of it for a 
game that used to only run on a 386 processor, it wouldn't work any other 
way.  Now I have my favourite game back, and I don't have to keep that old 
386 under the bed anymore:)

To my knowledge dosemu doesn't currently have a port to solaris, 
although it should cetainly be possible.  Try running the binary, and see 
what it says.

Hi All:

I am wondering if we can run dos emulator under Sun
Sparc Solaris 8 system. I installed a binary
distribution "dosemu-1.2.2-bin.tgz" and
"dosemu-freedos-b9r5-bin.tgz". 

When I run it, there is following error.

./xdosemu
./xdosemu: test: unknown operator
/home/rathlefs/.dosemu/drives/c

Can anyone provide the suggestions?
