To fix the following error, we append '-O' to the defination of _FORTIFY_SOURCE

recipe-sysroot/usr/include/features.h:381:4: error: #warning _FORTIFY_SOURCE requires compiling with optimization (-O) [-Werror=cpp]
 #  warning _FORTIFY_SOURCE requires compiling with optimization (-O)
     ^~~~~~~
