ACK.  Tried to pull, but there were conflicts with netdev#upstream. 
Since there are dependencies in netdev#upstream, looks like you need to 
resend against that.

'upstream' branch, resolved the conflicts, and committed on my new
'upstream-jgarzik' branch.
