According to Avi's comments,  Updated the patches. 
[1/3] Create ioapic.h and lapic.h to hold their declarations.   
[2/3] Moving ioapic{.h,.c} back to common directory.
[3/3] Moving out kvm_vcpu_kick from irq.c
