It does not depend whether the removed memory is aligned to PMD_SIZE/PAGE_SIZE.
If PAGE_SIZE % sizeof(struct page) != 0, this case will happen.

It does not depend whether the removed memory is aligned to PMD_SIZE/PAGE_SIZE.
If PAGE_SIZE % sizeof(struct page) != 0, this case will happen.

It does not depend whether the removed memory is aligned to PMD_SIZE/PAGE_SIZE.
If PAGE_SIZE % sizeof(struct page) != 0, this case will happen.
