Subject: [PATCH 1/7] Revert "sched: Introduce temporary FAIR_GROUP_SCHED
 dependency for load-tracking"

Remove CONFIG_FAIR_GROUP_SCHED that covers the runnable info, then
we can use runnable load variables.
