The patch titled
     Subject: mm: introduce check_data_rlimit helper
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-introduce-check_data_rlimit-helper-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

To eliminate code duplication lets introduce check_data_rlimit helper
which we will use in brk() and prctl() syscalls.
