Hi Bjorn, Rafael,

Just kindly ping for this patchset, it has been reviewed and tested,
can it be merged in 4.3?

ARM64 ACPI PCI patches is based on this one, if this patchset is merged,
there will be less dependence for ARM64 ACPI PCI.
