The patch titled
     Subject: mm: re-enable THP
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-re-enable-thp.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

All parts of THP with new refcounting are now in place. We can now allow
to enable THP.
