The patch titled
     Subject: cgroup: duplicate cgroup reference when cloning sockets
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     cgroup-duplicate-cgroup-reference-when-cloning-sockets.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/cgroup-duplicate-cgroup-reference-when-cloning-sockets.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/cgroup-duplicate-cgroup-reference-when-cloning-sockets.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

Subject: cgroup: duplicate cgroup reference when cloning sockets

When a socket is cloned, the associated sock_cgroup_data is duplicated
but not its reference on the cgroup. As a result, the cgroup reference
count will underflow when both sockets are destroyed later on.
