I noticed that translations at
http://translationproject.org/domain/grub.html stop with 2.02-beta2. How
translation templates for new releases are managed and appear on this site?

Do you mean "Do we/(GRUB maintainers) care about that?" If yes then I think
that we should have a bullet in release TODO list to send a notice to TP
coordinators. No more no less.
