Question about kcephfs

Hi folks
     Recently, I am studying on the kcephfs codes and suffering from several puzzles, such as how to design the caps? What about the function of lease?..,etc.
     I have read about the papers and the thesis of sage or some other materials. However the kcephfs may not be detailed introduced.
　So, Are there any detailed documentations about kcephfs? And where can I find them?
