[PATCH] Drop double-semicolon in C

The worst offenders are "continue;;" and "break;;" in switch statements.

 * I think this is very trivial.  You can use

   $ git grep -n -e ';;' --and --not -e 'for *(.*;;' -- '*.c'

   to verify I caught all the bad ones.
