Buildroot 2016.11.2 is a bugfix release, fixing a number of important /
security related issues discovered since the 2016.11.1 release.

- Fixes for compilation/runtime issues in docker-engine, musl and runc.

- Security fixes for bind, docker-engine, gd, gnutls, go, imagemagick,
  irssi, libpng, libvncserver, musl, opus, php, rabbitmq-server, runc
  and wireshark.

- A fix for BR2_EXTERNAL trees referenced using relative paths,
  which broke in 2016.11.

Users of the affected packages are strongly encouraged to upgrade.
