A timezone fixup here: 9am PDT and 5pm CET correspond with 16:00UTC and 
midnight CST on the 29th of October.

The US will switch to standard time on the 1st of November, after which 
the meeting will be 16:00UTC / 8am PST / 5PM CET / Midnight CST.
