[ath9k-devel] Atheros (9160+9106) device up in AP mode but no signal ??

I am trying to bring up my wireless Card in AP mode.
I can bring up the device and bridge it to the ETH0 port but when I
try to scan from a wireless client device, I don't see any signal of
"Atheros_XSpan".
Any ideas where I should start looking at. i.e. is it the driver or
wireless config tools.

May be this is the problem ?  Link Quality=0/94
It will be usually 94/94 in the sheild box.
