Hi,

I just started looking into cPCI hotplug with ZT-5550 on SuSE 9.2, I am able
to remove and insert the board if the board is present in the system and I
can see the events generated. But if I insert the board once the system is
booted, following error is popped up in /var/log/messages

PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #0:100@0 for 0000:02:0c.0
PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #2:80000@0 for 0000:02:0c.0

Can someone tell me is this supported?

If so, how do I reserve additional resources for the new hardware? Apart
from pci_enable_device() something else I need to use.

I was unable to get this info anywhere in sourceforge.net. Is there a doc.
I can refer to?

Thanks
Ed
