* Reopening bugs?

I have two bugs that I filed that were closed last week.
   http://bugzilla.pokylinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=686
   http://bugzilla.pokylinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1393
The only problem (see the most recent comments) is that neither
of these are really working for me so I don't think they should
be closed.

How should this be handled?

I think you should be able to change the status to reopen if you don't think the resolution works for you.

I'm sure I can, I just wanted to know if that was appropriate and what to set it [back] to.

That is the process, you just change the status to REOPENED, then provide info why things still not working for you after the changes.  For example, for bug 686, you've already provide the info, then just change the status back to REOPENED.
