I tried several times, and one time there was the error which told me that the repo is not reached.
And I also checked the
GitHub,there is no Linux-imx-3.14.52,
now I am stucked with this problem,because I need the rootfs and cross-tool chain for qt5 and c programs.
Thank you very much!

If you use the community release, you will get it in linux-fslc-imx recipe.

Let me describe the steps I did these days:
1. Install necessary packages on my Ubuntu 14.04 LTS;
2. Download the repo;
3. repo init ... imx 3.14.52-1.1.0_ga;
4. sudo repo sync;
5. MACHINE=imx6solosabreauto source fsl-...sh -b build -e fb;
6. I also modified the local.conf according to the "using yocto on wand board";
7. bitbake meta-tool chain-qt5;

Yes, I use the Freescale public git, and download the fsl-arm-yocto-bsp.
Because I don't have my laptop and manuals around, maybe there will be some mistakes.

We use imx6solo, and we want to use qt5, and there are also c programs to control the real time tasks.we also will use the Xenomai technology.

And we are playing with the riotboard, our customized board now
Is being made, so we really want to solve this big problem.

Thanks.

I said FSL Community BSP, not NXP release. Check the doc here:

Great! I didn't read this document, I read many Yocto documents and the Freescale Yocto user's guide, and quite confusing. I will read your document tomorrow and give it a try.
Thank you for much indeed. Much better than I contact the FAE in China.

Dear Sir,
This time I tried the fsl-community-bsp(jethro branch),and the download of Linux-fslc is also ok now.
And I also download the meta-qt5(jethro branch), and referred to the "building qt5 using yocto
on wandboard",added many packages to the "Image_install_append"( is it necessary? cause there are already many recipes in meta-qt5).
The bitbake meta-tool chain-qt5 (MACHINE=imx6solosabreauto) is successful, but I only find the cross-toolchain, cannt find the rootfs to put on the riotboard.
Do I should use bitbake fsl-image-qt5 -c populate_sdk in my case?
Thank you very much!
Looking forward to receiving your reply!
Best regards!

Dear Sir,

I see I should not use fsl-image-qt5, but use "bitbake fsl-image-multimedia-full". First I had "gst-fsl-plugin" error,
but now I have fixed it (referred to the fsl release note 2.0, updated the packagegroup names in the "IMAGE_INSTALL_append").
But there is one error "alsa-ultils-alsaconf is unbuildable" when I use "bitbake fsl-image-multimedia-full", can you help me?

Thanks
Best regards!

Dear Sir,
This time I tried the fsl-community-bsp(jethro branch),and the download of Linux-fslc is also ok now.

Dear Sir,

Just now, I deleted "alsa-utils-alsaconf" in my local.conf, and now the "bitbake fsl-image-multimedia-full" can run, I don't know whether it is good or not...

Dear Sir,

Finally I got a "do_rootfs " error, and I checked the log file, it says missing the "qt3d-tools", and I added one line on the local.conf: PACKAGECONFIG_DISTRO_pn-qtbase="accessibility".
Now I am doing "bitbake fsl-image-multimedia-full" again.
Do you have any other document about yocto and qt5, because it is really quite difficult for me to understand everything about yocto, freescale and qt5.

Thank you very much!
Best regards!

Dear Sir,

The build is finished now, and I have the rootfs and cross-toolchain. I am now working on the qt5 deploy.
I also handle the ssh connection between qtcreator and the riotboard, but now there is one problem:
When I build the application, qtcreator says it can not find or load the qt platform plugin "xcb", I think I should
Use linuxfb or eglfs, correct?

Thanks
Best regards!
