Need Support: XEN is not installing and not booting in yocto!!

Hello,

i have added below lines in local.conf :

*DISTRO_FEATURES:append = " virtualization"IMAGE_INSTALL: append = " xen
xen-tools"*

build command:
===============
bitbake-layers add-layer ../meta-openembedded/meta-python
bitbake-layers add-layer ../meta-openembedded/meta-networking
bitbake-layers add-layer ../meta-openembedded/meta-filesystems
bitbake-layers add-layer ../meta-virtualization
*bitbake core-image-sato*

error:

*when i will run xl list command in yocto target*
*xl list:*
xc: error: Could not obtain handle on privileged command interface (2 = No
such file or directory): Internal error
libxl: error: libxl.c:109:libxl_ctx_alloc: cannot open libxc handle: No
such file or directory
cannot init xl context

here dom0 is not showing

i am following  as below to enable and boot xen in yocto

and i am not able to do "xl create ubuntu.hvm"

*expected*:

when i will do "xl list" here dom0 should show
when i will do "xl info" here information should show.
what i am missing? can you please support to resolve this issue

*when i use xen-image-minimal image i am not getting UI...only black screen
is coming .*

normal linux is booting xen is not booting in above image .

*how to add multiboot  and boot xen  using grub file chnage ?*

I can't comment on your particular board, or what might be wrong with
the configuration for grub/EFI, but I can confirm that I have boot tested
Xen on master-next with both qemux86-64 and qemuarm64.
